Can Solana really climb back toward four figures, or has the big run already played out?
SOL bottomed earlier this year, rebuilt slowly, and is now pushing into the middle of its old range with real institutional headlines behind it.
This Solana Price Prediction 2030 outlook breaks down the current price, derivatives, three fresh catalysts, and the weekly levels that decide how far the SOL forecast can stretch.
SOL Price Today: Solana Market Snapshot
Per DefiLlama data, SOL trades near $115.23 with a market cap of $67.88 billion and a fully diluted valuation of $73.21 billion.
Circulating supply is 589.17 million SOL, and 24-hour volume is $9.12 billion.
In the one-year view, the price rose from about $88 in late August to roughly $122 in early October, with a clean series of higher lows along the way.
Coinglass shows $SOL at $114.99, down 2.96% on the day, with futures volume of $7.71 billion against spot volume of $663.95 million.
Solana Open Interest: Leverage at Fresh Highs
According to Coinglass, Solana open interest is near $7.44 billion, and the 8 October reading was $7.62 billion with $SOL at $116.24.
That is among the highest levels on the chart and a big step up from the $4.5 billion zone seen in early August.
Traders have been adding exposure through the whole recovery. It supports the move, but it also means a sharp rejection could trigger a fast unwind.
Samsung Brings Solana Stablecoins to US Galaxy Devices
Per an X post by Solana, Samsung is partnering with Solana to bring stablecoins to 82 million US Galaxy devices.
Samsung Wallet users in the US will be able to send money across borders using USDC on Solana from the last week of October.
It is a direct consumer distribution channel and a strong Samsung partnership angle for the network.
Orca and Loopscale Merge Into Formation
Per another X post by Solana, the DeFi teams Orca and Loopscale have combined as Formation.
Orca has been Solana's main liquidity layer since 2021, with more than $500 billion traded, while Loopscale has facilitated over $2 billion in loans since April 2025.
The merged platform puts issuance, secondary markets, and credit on one set of rails, permissioned for institutions and permissionless for everyone else.
Solana Positions Itself for AI and Robotics Capital
Solana also shared an exclusive from The Block on the Orca and Loopscale merger, framing the network as the place where capital for AI, energy, robotics, and defense can move.
It is a narrative push toward institutional adoption, and it adds to the on-chain finance story.
Solana Weekly Chart Analysis: Rounding Bottom Recovery
On the weekly chart from TradingView, SOL carved out a clear rounding bottom after sliding from the 2025 highs down to the 61.08 area earlier this year.
The recovery since has been steady, with the price climbing above the 96.02 level and pushing toward the 122 zone before the latest weekly pullback of about 5.4%.
A rounding bottom is slow by design, so the pullback looks more like a pause than a reversal while higher lows hold.
The level that matters now is 146.30. If SOL breaks above it and holds on a weekly close, the next zones are 171.40 and 203.40, with 253.68 and 295.50 as the older highs.
On the downside, 96.02 is the first demand zone, then 82.38 and 61.08, and a weekly close under 96.02 would weaken the recovery.
RSI is at 60.32, showing healthy momentum without being overheated.
Solana Price Prediction 2030: Is $1,000 SOL Still Possible?
$1,000 is a very ambitious long-range case, but not out of the question from a multi-year view.
From $115, it means about 8.7x, which implies a market cap near $589 billion on today's circulating supply.
It also sits about 3.4x above the 295.50 weekly high. The path needs the rounding bottom to hold, a confirmed break of 146.30, and continued growth in real usage like the Samsung and Formation news.
Key Risks for SOL Holders
A weekly close under 96.02 would weaken the recovery. Open interest near $7.6 billion means crowded positioning and liquidation risk.
The Samsung rollout is still weeks away, so the benefit is not yet visible in usage data, and a broader market selloff could pull SOL back toward lower support.
Analyst Desk Opinion on Solana
As per the analyst desk, Solana Price Prediction 2030 has the cleaner structure among large caps right now, with a rounding bottom, rising open interest, and real catalysts.
What it still needs is a weekly close above 146.30 to confirm the next phase. Until then, the 96.02 zone is the level that keeps the recovery intact.
Conclusion
Solana is rebuilding from a deep base, while derivatives, partnerships, and DeFi consolidation all point to growing interest.
